Barrio Bellavista (Bellavista neighborhood)

Located at the foot of the Metropolitan Park, is one of the most essential tourist’s points and cultural areas of the city. Theaters, concerts, museums, and a variety of restaurants are some of the reasons to visit its streets.

Cerro San Cristóbal ( San Cristóbal Hill)

It is probably the most visited sector of the Metropolitan Park, a green lung located in the heart of the city, there we will enjoy the views from its viewpoints so do not forget to bring your camera we will go through the park by two transport system: funicular and cable car.

Parque Forestal (Forestal Park)

This park, of European style, was built more than a century ago to celebrate the centenary of Chile’s independence, in the foreground the presence of the iconic building of the Museum of Fine Arts, around which we will find a vibrant cultural and gastronomic district. It is the perfect place to observe a behavior that attracts all travelers, kissing in public, we will tell you what are the reasons for that behavior and how has changed this Chilean society in recent years.

Cerro Santa Lucía (Santa Lucia Hill)

A significant historical point for the city, since different episodes of Chilean history have taken place on this hill. For the natives, it was a strategic point of vigilance and a Mapuche ritual altar. One of the main parks for the city, endowed with an imposing ornamental beauty.

Plaza de Armas (Armas Square)

Foundational point of Santiago. It is supposed that under its streets there are still archaeological vestiges previous of the the arrival of the Spaniards. It is the kilometer zero of the country, here converges many of local and foreign realities, giving a unique and very particular characteristic to this square.

Barrio cívico (Civic District)

Here we will find main buildings of the powers of the state, colorful pedestrian promenades, Where you will be able to observe some of the most singular traditions of this country such as “Cafés con piernas” (Coffe with legs ).

Palacio de la Moneda (La Moneda Palace)

To speak about the history of La Moneda is to talk about the history of Chile. The government palace has fulfilled various functions; to be a house for making money, the residence of the presidents of Chile, the venue for meetings with politicians from all corners of the world and a meeting point for social demonstrations.

Barrio El Golf (El Golf neighborhood)

Originally with a residential profile. It quickly became a space with a more commercial focus, being able to find in this sector the most exclusive shops in the city. In the 80’s a real estate boom began that populated the area of corporate buildings that currently represent the modernest face of the city.

Parque Bicentenario (Bicentennial Park)

It is one of the best places in Santiago for sports, and one afternoon in this park is an ideal panorama for a Sunday or any day of the week, this green lung which has become one of the most attractive park in the east side.
